In the heart of the woods on the Hindsgavl Peninsula on Funen, you will find Landal Middelfart, The park nestles in the verdant beech woods that are part of Hindsgavl Deer Park. Get out and explore the greenery, or take a kayak out to see it all from the water. The park is next to Fænøsund, which, together with the Little Belt offers loads of water sports activities and fun experiences.

Sports activities on the water

With Fænøsunde just at the end of the park, there are plenty of opportunities to be active on the water, with kayaks and canoes, or one of the popular SUP boards. There are several places to hire gear in Middelfart if you don’t have your own with you. Fun on two wheels

Get your cycling shoes on, get the mountain bike out and test your skills over the hilly terrain of the Hindsgavl peninsular. And if you want to explore Middelfart and its surrounding area, there are various routes featuring history or to take you further along. Various types of bikes are available for rent at the park, all you have to do is get going!

Eat well in town

Middelfart is just 3.5 km from the park and offers a wide range of restaurants and cafés, where you can enjoy delicious food while seeing a bit of this charming town. A short walk from the holiday park lies the all-you-can-eat restaurant Kitzchen, where there’s something for every taste. It doesn’t get any easier!

Golf with a view

Guests at Landal Middelfart are close to three of the best-placed golf courses in Denmark. Fredericia Golf Club, Birkmose Golf Club or Lillebælt Golf Club are all 18 hole courses. The view over Little Belt and the rolling countryside with its green trees can make it hard to focus on your game.
