General terms and conditions applicable to the parks: Landal Clofers Rattendorf, Landal Clofers Jenig, Landal Clofers Sonnleitn, Landal Clofers Obermöschach, Landal Forest Resort Your Nature and Landal Glamping Neufchâteau.

Please note that the reservation of accommodation at any of our Danish parks will be arranged on your behalf by Landal Formidling ApS, a company that acts as intermediary between you as the guest and the home owner, while any additional services provided to you during your stay at our Danish parks may be arranged or provided by the relevant operating Landal entity.
Offer conditions
In some periods the discounts apply to a certain number (types) of chalets/apartments only and are subject to availability. It is also possible that weekend or midweek stays are no longer available, only whole weeks. So don’t wait too long before making your reservation!

Insurance policies
If a reservation is cancelled, cancellation costs are owed. The cancellation costs are: cancellation up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 30% of the total costs and in the event of cancellation as of the 28th day before arrival or later, the total costs/agreed rent.
You can take out insurance against this risk by taking out cancellation insurance when making your reservation.
If you have not arrived within 24 hours after the agreed date without notice, this shall be deemed to be a cancellation.
From 1 January 2019 it is no longer possible to take out cancellation insurance or travel insurance from residence United Kingdom.

Right of withdrawal
Landal GreenParks points out to you that the reservations you make are legally binding. A right of withdrawal (the so called reflection period of 14 days) is not applicable on the agreements you enter into with Landal GreenParks
